Your data is stored and processed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the Australia/New Zealand region. We apply the following technical safeguards:
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all data transmission.
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 for stored data.
- Access controls: role-based access, least-privilege principles.
- Monitoring: automated alerts for anomalous activity.
We act as a data processor with respect to your business systems data. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party, and we do not store transactional business data beyond the period required to complete each automated workflow.
5. Disclosure of information
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:
- To sub-processors (cloud platform providers such as Microsoft Azure) who process data on our behalf under equivalent data protection obligations.
- Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
- With your explicit consent.
We do not disclose data to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers.
6. Your rights under the NZ Privacy Act 2020
You have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you.
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations.
- Object to certain uses of your personal information.
