• Monitoring: automated alerts for anomalous activity.

We act as a data processor with respect to your business systems data. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party, and we do not store transactional business data beyond the period required to complete each automated workflow.

5. Disclosure of information

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:

• To sub-processors (cloud platform providers such as Microsoft Azure) who process data on our behalf under equivalent data protection obligations.
• Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• With your explicit consent.

We do not disclose data to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers.
